InSite gives us the ability to have files pre-flighted through Prinergy, and to post a “refined” PDF via the Internet for customer viewing and approval. InSite’s “RIP-based” proofing system works from the same data we’re printing from. So the proof you’re seeing on your screen is the same proof the pressman is looking at on press. Changes can be made and viewed in real time too.
